Tutor and Coach Payment Structure

We believe in transparent and competitive compensation for our dedicated tutors and coaches. All of our sessions are standardised at 50 minutes in length. Below is a clear breakdown of our payment structure, including our standard rates and additional bonuses for in-person sessions.

Session Rates

Associate Tutors: £44 per session

Senior Tutors: £54 per session

Expert Tutors: £64 per session

In-Person Session Bonus

When sessions are held in person, we recognise the extra time and effort required for travel and offer an additional bonus: £10 per journey

Important Note:

If you conduct multiple in-person sessions back-to-back, only one travel bonus will be applied per trip.
