I love my Google calendar. I rely on it a lot! If something isn’t written in my calendar, then it may as well not exist.

Physical activity helps improve concentration and reduce anxiety and depression, often associated with ADHD. Exercise can also boost the brain’s dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin levels, which affect focus and attention. When I began exercising, I noticed a significant improvement in my mental health and resilience, as well as improving my self-confidence.

Many individuals with ADHD are inclined towards making, art, music, or writing. In that case, these activities can act as excellent outlets for their energy. Make the most of your skills!
